Benny’s On The Beach – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Initial Review:
Wow, a 5-star review – obviously, we’re easily impressed… not!
So, why 5-stars? Easy, I went in figuring that Benny’s wouldn’t live up to the hype and I was wrong. Now, as with everything, it could have been the day, the hour or simply our particular waitress, but we had a wonderful experience.
The waitress was top notch; she was friendly without being overly so, she stopped by often to refill our coffee without hovering, she dropped off the check without me having to track her down and she came back with more coffee!
The food was great, I had eggs over easy, corned beef, grits and a side of sausage – had to try them! Wife had scrambled eggs, corned beef and breakfast potatoes – awesome!
The corned beef was real (i.e. made with real corned beef; shredded not that ground up goop you find every where these days) and was delicious!
Bottom line:
Benny’s on the Beach offers a great selection for breakfast and I strongly recommend them when you’re in Lake Worth, FL. We’ve not tried them for lunch or dinner as of this post, so cannot commenton either at this time.
Update:
Unfortunately, we’ll have to take away 1 star from Benny’s On The Beach based on our 2nd vist.
Now mind you, depending on your breakfast preferences, you can still consider them the goto place for breakfast (I do!) but my wife decided to go “healthy” on our 2nd round and was quite disappointed with their fresh fruit dish – the kiwi fruit was mushy and the grapefruit segments were not cut properly; they still contained the membrane that separates them, making for a chewy mess.
That said, our waiter was also top notch as was their Classic BloodyMary!
